The Core Programs of our 59 Acre Development in Puerto Rico is 369 Agro-Community Development Group’s Hacienda Santiago-River of Clouds. This Self-sustaining community includes a focus on self-reliance and sustainability utilizing proven Trauma-Informed Care models and Vocational Training programs which are offered at zero to lower cost to our community participants.
Joe Chiappetta, the founder and visionary behind New Freedom in Phoenix AZ, the largest and most successful Reentry Campus in US history is implementing this process in the proposed project in Puerto Rico. Our codified programs have efficacy and proven sustainability. We believe that by further engaging the people of Puerto Rico, not only with retail and business ventures, but also in creating robust community development activities will create sustainability and better efficacy.
Our Phase One Start-Up Development consists of includes Trauma Informed Therapeutic Programs for Veterans. The key to our model is to reuse an existing underperforming real estate asset such as an office or industrial property. We add Supported Housing and Services. Services include: Medical, Behavioral, Retail, Vocational Training, and Actively Producing Agriculture
